Brook Lundy is the Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Big Finish Digital, the new agency that develops and delivers campaigns, content, and CX for entrepreneurial brands. Brook brings 25 years of breakthrough advertising experience as an award-winning copywriter, creative director, and creator of his own viral brand. He's worked at agencies such as Razorfish, Tribal DDB, and Modem Media on brands such as Philips Norelco, Dannon, ING, New York Lottery, and Ad Council. He's won the Gold Cannes Cyber Lion, One Show Gold Pencil, Gold Clio, AdAge Digital Campaign of the Year, and other fancy-sounding awards.
In 2006, Brook co-founded Someecards.com after being unable to find the right greeting card to send his creative partner. What started as a uniquely voiced ecard site grew into one of the most widely shared and trusted humor brands in social media. Brook developed and maintained the overall voice for the site and managed a large team of writers throughout his 12-year stay as the site expanded into original content and news coverage. Someecards was an innovator in sponsored social campaigns, which Brook helped on as well. Branded cards often had some of the highest organic reach on the web. Clients included HBO, TGI Fridays, Microsoft, Verizon, and Warner Bros.
Brook started his career writing humor pieces for publications such as The New York Times, Details, and the New York Press. He took classes in humor writing, sketch comedy, and improv. He somehow received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University in 1993. Brook could have written a longer bio but felt this was enough for now.
